<description>Wow, that was eye-opening on a lot of fronts. Namely, the people I hear talk about NLP the most are the people who are persuasion experts, and it seems to force a correlation between the two as being the same or one the cause and the other the effect. When looking at NLP as a framework, it makes much more sense to understand how NLP can help you modify behavior in a way that is better suited for the goals you established for yourself or the subject (if it is not you).

Having spent a week with Dr. Harlan Kilstein recently, I discovered that NLP is such a powerful tool for copywriting, hypnosis and communication in general, and in the back of my mind, I was struggling with the persuasion definition that my implied correlation of the two had formed in my mind.

But this blog post revealed what I was lacking in my understanding. Now I can go back and understand better what Dr. Kilstein was saying.

Thanks, Stuart!
