There's a large number of competencies in coaching. Most important thing is having industry experience (accounts for more than 50% of success as a coach) followed by marketing capabilities, relationship with your clients, techniques and certifications. There's scope for me doing an online training but I will keep you updated via my mailing list if you're staying in touch.

Sure, I think the most important thing is learning about the directions in your thinking! Hope you registered in my mailing list - I do send out occasional free webinar invitations once in a while. Would love to have you on there sometimes.

It takes probably about 7-12 days of training and probably 6 months of follow up to be successful.

I'm interested. Can you point me in the right direction?

I'm almost 22 and from my experiences so far, I feel that its damn near impossible for me to realize my full potential, and in the long run I can see myself becoming discouraged to pursue my goals as an undergrad, aspiring to get a masters, even a doctoral in psychology.

I've revised this into a 3S model, with the outcome being the behavior.

The 3 's' refers to:-
(1) The Situation (formerly known as the environment)
(2) The Structure (your submodalities)
(3) The State

Basically, you might observe that even if you are in the same situation, you can feel different states. For instance, you can remember moments when you do some work and you feel motivated. On other occasions you can do work and feel dreary. In either case, nothing had changed about the work situation you were in, so the main thing that influenced the difference in your state must be the structure of the event.
